For Self-Paced Learning:

To be eligible for a refund, you must:

2. Have viewed less than 25% of the video-learning content.
3. Have not requested any exam voucher or kit.

Refund requests that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted, and no refund will be issued.

For Instructor-Led Training:

  1. Submit your refund request within 7 days of course purchase.
  2. Have viewed less than 25% of the video-learning content.
  3. Have attended no more than one (1) live online class.
  4. Have not requested any exam voucher or kit.

Refund requests that do not meet all of these criteria will not be accepted, and no refund will be issued.
